Ringing in my thirties Hawiian Style

My close friend Kelsy and my mom threw me the best birthday ever.  I was not looking forward to turning 30 but I will say it was the best time and it was beyond everything I had hoped for. I have always wanted a Luah and they made sure I had the best one EVER!  I am beyond blessed to have such great friends and family.   Enjoy the pictures...

Playing Catch up...AGAIN

It seems I can never be a regular blogger.  I have the best intensions but just finding the time in the madness seems hard.  Anyways since the end of March we have been busy...Baseball started and then all the other spring and summer activities began.
First came my little sisters 19th birthday.  We celebrated with our family and her boyfriend Conor's family at Colton's.

Then was Kelsy, Mandy, and Kelli's birthday celebration at my house .  Love these girls and was so glad to be able to show them how much we value them and their friendship.

Then it was still baseball season...my little catcher did amazing this year

Celebrating two home runs and good manners from the umpire at Yum Yo's  Love these two kids to pieces...

Kallie even found a friend at the ballpark.  Josie the dog

Then I had promised Gunner a while back he could get a mohawk and I thought he might forget...well he didn't and I could not go back on my word.

Next, was the start of a fabulous birthday week for ME...I was so dreading turning 30..I know most of my friends already are and some are shortly behind me but I was not looking forward to it.  Let me just say this was the best week of my life.  I had so much going on but I am embracing my thirties with style...

Carrie Underwood and Chris Young concert with my girls on Tuesday night

Next was Aerosmith with the our favorites the Vannaman's on Wednesday night

Then Thursday was rest night and Friday was Luke Bryan with my sweetie for my pre-birthday fun

Then on Saturday was my actual birthday party thrown by my bestie and my mom....pictures to come it was FABULOUS!

Hugs,
Anna

Greyson's Going Away Party

So the time has come for Greyson to leave for the Airforce.  He was originally supposed to leave in August but that got postponed, then it was supposed to be January 13th so we had the party this weekend, however he is leaving January 16th so we get an extra special day with him this coming weekend of all of our favorite things Family Bowling and laughing. .  We had a great time this weekend just capturing pictures, eating, laughing, and playing two tables of Blokus our new favorite game.

I have to also say a HUGE THANK YOU to Kelsy Vannnaman for coming over last minute with a ton of decor that I could use and helping me get my house in order for the party.  She did a great job and I am blessed to have her.

We are so very proud of Greyson for the career he has chosen and the journey he is about to begin.  Three things I hope for 1.) This was not the last time Greyson gets to spend with his uncle Michael 2.) I hope my kids can understand not having Greyson around all the time.  3.) I wish his mom many prayers as her baby leaves and starts his life.
