Now that Christmas has come and gone I thought I would do a little recap of what a spectacular December we had this year.
My wonderful mother and best friend turned 57 this December and we had a little get together at my house with some good food and she got her beautiful christmas dishes she wanted. Love you mom!
Then the weekend following we went to my grandparents house down south for a fun filled, wonderul weekend yet again with the crazy SMITH family. We got there very late Friday night so Saturday we got up and had a great breakfast, then we waited patiently for everyone else to get there. We did gifts and then had our big meal shortly after here is what everyone was doing...
We then went to see the Christmas lights at Lake Pine Bluff which has been a tradition for over 10 years now and then we did some of our crazy smith events and all of us kids were dancing in the kitchen...needless to say it was a blast. It was then time to come home and began the maddness of the week before christmas. Here are a few pictures of the kids that week as they were home with me and we were having fun.
Gotta love those faces
This was her favorite present this year. Gunner gave his sister his kitchen to have in her room and she thinks it is fun to stand on the baskets.
Trying to get a good tree picture...
There is the smile I love so much.
Christmas eve we headed to Chris's moms house for dinner and gifts with his family. We are all very fortunate to get to be together each year and the kids always have fun.

After we were done at Chris's family we headed back to our house where we had my mom, dad, sister, brother, and grandma waiting to stay the night with us. When we got home they were playing WII again and then we made our annual doughnuts that my dad does and they are AMAZING!!!!
I was so blessed to have my grandma to come stay with us this year and experience the SMITH/BLOCK tradition we have started. I love you so much Granny and I hope you had as much fun as we did.
THEN it was Christmas morning and I believe the kids were very blessed this year and go everything they wanted. Can we say spoiled.....
